After two long years dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic and conducting meetings and other gatherings with prospects and scouts virtually, the NHL Draft is finally making a return to an in-person format in 2022. Just before the 2019-20 NHL season, the league had announced plans for the 2020 NHL Draft to take place at the Bell Centre in Montreal. For obvious reasons, the City had to wait its turn to host the annual extravagenza.
